Weekend away to Whitby 4-7 April 2025.

Join Connor on our Executive coach to Whitby, but we will not just take you and drop you off no.... we will be stopping off in Thornton Le Dale. Thornton-le-Dale (also called Thornton Dale) is a village and civil parish in North Yorkshire, England, about 3 miles (5 km) east of Pickering on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. The area of the village encompasses 39.2 square kilometres.

Enjoy a day to yourself in Whitby on the Saturday doing the many of things Whitby has to offer including, you can have a walk up to the famous abbey where it has been said that count dracula is buried?! Or you could have a less horror filled day by going on a boat trip and then having lunch in one of the best fish and chip shops on the coast The Magpie. Or even catch a service bus into one of the many other seaside resorts along the beautiful coastline.

On the Sunday enjoy a day out to Scarborough. Full of arcades, fish and chip shops and much more. Scarborough has one of the best beaches on the east coast and if the weather is nice there's no where better!

Unfortunately though these trips do have to come to an end, so at lunch time we will then have to sadly go home but hopefully with smiles all around after a lovely weekend away.

 All ages are welcome on our trips, despite the common misconception.

We also have a feeder bus service picking up in Ilkeston, Heanor, Eastwood and Somercotes for an additional £1 per passenger. Please select ‘Feeder Service’ as your pick-up point and we will contact you to discuss times and exact pick-up points.

Exact timings and pick up points will be clarified via email before your trip.

Once booked, simply ensure you're at the pickup point at the chosen time, you do not need to show proof of purchase as your name will be on our passenger list.

Where possible we will try to honour your seating preference.
